What 8zi.io IS:

• An entertainment platform for exploring BaZi concepts
• A tool for personal reflection and entertainment
• An AI-powered interpretation of traditional Chinese metaphysics
• A source of general, non-specific information

What 8zi.io IS NOT:

• A substitute for professional advice of any kind
• Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
• A diagnostic tool for any condition
• A decision-making service for important life choices
• A guaranteed prediction of future events
• A scientifically proven method

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Any personal injury or emotional distress
• Any damage resulting from reliance on information provided
• Any damage resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any damage resulting from interruption or cessation of service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 8ZI.IO IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8zi.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any decisions or actions you take based on information from the Service

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using 8zi.io, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not rely on the Service for making important life decisions

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

9.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

9.2 Free Trial

If offered a free trial, you may be required to enter payment information. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

9.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
